This weekend we’re providing the coffee, tea and cake at the fantastic Blickling Hall Proms.
This Proms evening is now firmly rooted in the Norfolk social calendar and will encapsulate all that is best in a grand, outdoor concert. So dust down your candelabra, bring your picnic, flags, food and wine and soak up the amazing atmosphere in the company of friends in the stunning Blickling parkland.
Wine the picnic runs out and the evening gets a little cooler then you can seek us out for our usual fantastic locally roasted coffee, Norfolk blended tea and of course our wonderful homemade cakes.
100 Years since the start of WW1 is too big a milestone to go unrecognised. Join us in the first half for a nostalgic sing along to some of the best loved songs from the WW1 era. The second half will contain a poignant remembrance before the rousing sounds of Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory. The evening will once again be hosted by Conductor Roderick Dunk and feature the acclaimed Sinfonia Viva, with a welcome return of Mezzo Soprano Annette Wardell.
